Reviews missing

    I have started using Site reviews couple of days but some of the reviews done by customers are missing in the dashboard. How to retrieve them?

    What do you mean by “missing in the dashboard”?

    Did you look on the “Site Reviews > All Reviews” page?

    People submitted their reviews and got confirmation msg on their screen but these reviews are not available in the All reviews tab. Not even in trash
