Please send the debug information from the page in wp-admin: Google?Reviews / Support / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send?it to us.

By the way, links to github do not working. I got 404.

It seems all your connected reviews on Portuguese (pt), so you need to set up the same language (Portuguese) in your reviews widget. How to change the language please see here in the demo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rOkJ6Unr38
