Reviews Not displaying in admin to be approved.

Hi, Hope I can get some help, getting this message in the settings area whenever trying to save anything.
COULD NOT CREATE DATABASE TABLE, PLEASE REPORT THIS ERROR

I have added review on the site https://locksmithhomebush.com.au/

Follow up by logging into admin area and no reviews display in the menu item.

At a bit of a loss on what to do, as it has worked on a similar site.

Could it be that plugin is not compatible with last couple of versions of WP.
