Reviews Not Downloading

Hi – Same issue as a few others here:

“ERROR @ Trustindex plugin (This message is not be visible to visitors in public mode.)

Your reviews are being downloaded. This process should only take a few minutes.”

Waited 24 hours but still not working. Site is live and widget should be appearing toward the bottom of the home page. Would appreciate any assistance with this.
