Reviews not showing

I’ve just installed this plugin, added the api info and added it to a sidebar. While the 5 start rating and business title are displaying no reviews are. There are reviews on google.

What I’m seeing:
5.0 (5 stars)
Powered by google
See All Reviews link.

But no actual reviews.
