Reviews not showing

    I am having old reviews that have been deleted show up. If you look at the reviews on the page I linked, there’s a number of reviews towards the bottom which are doubles, I deleted these ones because they were made before I changed some of the settings with a shortcode (removing date, author)…I’ve deleted them and then permanently deleted them, yet they still show, even after clearing my cache.

    I see 10 reviews on your page and the last five reviews are duplicates of the first five reviews.

    The reason why you have duplicate reviews on the page is because you are using the [site_reviews] shortcode twice on the same page. Here is a screenshot of the HTML of your webpage to demonstrate:

    Regarding deleted reviews, the only way for this to happen is if your caching plugin is showing cached reviews. Site Reviews reviews are a custom WordPress post type, just like a post or page, and they are managed by WordPress in the exact same way.

    Please disable your caching plugin to confirm this, and also please verify that you are not using more than one caching plugin.

    I was able to delete out the second shortcode resulting in duplicates, but I still am not seeing all of my reviews

    By default, the shortcode only displays the last 5 reviews. Use the “count” and “pagination” options together to change this. For example:

    [site_reviews count=10 pagination=ajax]

    Please go to the “Site Reviews > Documentation > Shortcodes” page in your WordPress admin to see the available shortcode options and what they do.

    See that’s where I get confused, I already have [site_reviews hide=”date, author”], so when I put that second shortcode in there it shows double reviews. Do I have to somehow combine the shortcodes?
