Starting from v5.20.2 and up I get the following error on my live and dev sites on the product Reviews tab:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, first array member is not a valid class name or object in /home/*********/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 308

I went back to v5.20.1 and the error is not there. Disabling the plugin also fixes the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

Can you please share the full error log? It will help us to know what causes the issue on your site.

You can also try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck this issue.

    Hi,

    Here’s the debug.log file: https://pastebin.com/g9B9sY4d

Keeping only WooCommerce and CusRev along with Twenty Twenty-Three theme fixes the issue. So I guess there’s a conflict with my theme or other plugins. I will investigate further.

I found the issue is related to the recently added compatibility to WPML. I’m not using that plugin, but I do use Polylang, which uses the WPML API.

When enabling Polylang I see the PHP warning I described above.

    Hi,

Thank you for your additional information.

I’ve tested this issue on our demo site and see that issue. If you have the standard reviews section on the product page and have another reviews shortcode like grid, slider then the standard reviews section does not display the reviews.

You can try to remove one review section and recheck this issue.

Yes, removing the shortcode makes the issue disappear.

But I do really need both reviews. It was working on previous versions of the plugin, is it possible to make them work again together?

Could you please update the plugin to the version 5.22.0 and check if it resolves this issue?

The new version fixed the issue. Thank you!
