Excluding “cdn.trustindex.io/*” not fix the problem.

I was using “REMOVE UNUSED CSS” when i changed to “LOAD CSS ASYNCHRONOUSLY” it works.

Resolved by adding “cdn.trustindex.io/(.*)” to the CSS safelist.
