Reviews not showing in all languages

    Good evening.
    We have a site translated with WPML, our site is in Spanish and English. Our clients are majority from Spain so we have a lot of good products reviews in the Spanish site but in the English one they are not showing. We can have a product with 50 reviews in Spanish but in English shows 0 and it looks like the product doesn’t have reviews at all. How can we show all the reviews in all the languages? It doesn’t matter to show a review in Spanish in the English site, for us is better show something than nothing.

    Yes, we know that, but it only works for the single product page and exclusively in the Reviews tab, the reviews amounts are not showing next to the product title, stills showing “0 reviews” and the same for categories and shop pages, and most important it also not showing on the reviews slider or carousel at the homepage. How can we fix that?

    It’s the compatibility between WPML and WooCommerce (review section on your site), you can contact WPML support to ask for help with this issue.

    Hello.
    Our first thought was to contact WPML for this issue, so we did, they told us to contact the plugin author looking for support, then you told us to contact WPML, now we are finding out that any of both can help us with this issue, so please if someone else have the same problem and know how to resolve it, let us know.     Our plugin doesn’t show the reviews amounts next to product titles. It is a standard WooCommerce feature. You can confirm it by deactivating our plugin.

    Based on your description, the problem is due to a lack of compatibility between WPML and WooCommerce. WPML team should help you with this issue instead of sending you to somebody else ??

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
