reviews not showing up

    Hello
    I am having an issue with the plugin.
    The website uses wp shopify pro and wanted to add the plugin to have customer reviews.
    On the products page I have set it up like this https://prntscr.com/mwc1k9
    A review was also set for this product like this : https://prntscr.com/mwc236
    But as you can see on the product page, there are no reviews showing up.

    Could you tell me how can I set it up, for the reviews to show up.
    If you see any images that are not there, it is ok, this is a development website.
