Reviews not working any more

  • Deactivate and reactivate the plugin, then go to the page there are supposed to appear on and make sure you enable reviews for that page.

    If that does not work, then go to Reviews > Plugin Settings > Tools, and attempt the re-import the reviews.

    I have 2 separate websites and issues:

    At https://burning-worlds.com/reviews/ I have a fresh installation on a brand new WP website. The test reviews are not displaying on the reviews page. The Reviews Box is checked. When I first installed 3.08, the box was not checked. I followed the instructions in this and the other thread. I deleted 3.08, installed 2.xx and my 2 test reviews were gone. upgraded 2.xx to 3.08 and my 2 test reviews were back my box was checked and still no display, just a website link???

    At https://qhht-kauai.com/reviews/ I had been having the duplicates issue, but it is fixed with the upgrade.
    Now, there is a link appearing at the end of the line in the review that starts with the stars, that corresponds to the product or business being reviewed. I would like to eliminate it. Can it be done?

    Update – reviews are now displaying on burning-worlds.com.

    It is the link to either the product or the business that I would like to eliminate form the displays on both sites.
