Reviews of Inactivated Products

    I’m a new user, so perhaps the feature I need is available, but I haven’t yet discovered how to do it. But, this is what I need:

    The ability to display all product reviews on a non-product page whether or not those reviews apply to a currently actively published product or to a previously-published (but now draft -inactivated) product.

    Because my store is for weekly home cooked meals, the products change weekly, but I need the ability to display historical and overall store reviews.

    Can this be done?

    Thank you for using our plugin. We have shortcode available for you to be able to display the reviews on any page or post. You can find the shortcode and its parameters under Reviews->Settings->Review Extensions tab. But I’m afraid it only display reviews for active products it does not include the reviews for draft or inactive products.

    Yes, that is exactly what I noted. Seems this means that a company loses all of its historical customer reviews if it regularly cycles through new products. So there is no way to display on a general, non-product page the reputation that has been accumulated from discontinued products.

    Perhaps you can add this feature in the future??????? As for now, your plugin is not useful for my situation. Thanks for your consideration!

    This option was added in version 3.75 of the plugin.
