Reviews pages not working

    Hello,

    I have a problem with showing reviews at my website. I want to show 10 reviews per page. My code is:

    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”ASC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”false” show_pictures=”true” show_products=”false” products=”869″ shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”false”]

    First 10 revies (page 1) are shown without a problem. Problem occurs, when I click page 2. It should show me reviews 11-20, but all it happens is that page reloads itself and reviews are still on page 1. Any ideas ?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Can you please create a new blank page on your website, paste the shortcode there, and check if pagination will work this way?

    Sorry for the late response. I noticed some new things regarding this bug.

    Pagination works only on default WordPress pages. If I add reviews to blocks (which are made with Flatsome UX Builder), pagination will not work.

    https://sensefit.shop/sl/blocks/empty-test-reviews-block/ – I cannot view it. The browser just shows a white screen for me.

    Our plugin uses the standard WordPress pagination. If you have a third-party plugin that disables it on certain pages, then unfortunately pagination will not work.

    Instead of pagination you can use “show_more” parameter in the shortcode. It will add a “Show more” button that will display additional reviews without reload of the page. You can find additional information about this parameter on “Review Extensions” tab of the plugin’s settings.

    Is there any way to use “show_more” with [cusrev_all_reviews]? It works great with [cusrev_reviews_grid], but with grid, we are unable to show review pictures (“show_pictures”).

    No, unfortunately, the ‘show_more’ parameter is not supported by [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode yet. We plan to add it with future updates. Please make sure to keep the plugin updated.
