Reviews read like fake reviews

  • Dear plugin author,

    A lot of your Reviews seem to be self-written! It is just too obvious that the SUPPORT is so great … and the support is the best … and the support helped so much AND AND AND

    I am relatively sure that somebody is posting them on your behalf to boost the rating!
    Not cool if that is truly the case.

    Hi Sebastian,

    I’m one of the reviewers, that has rated the plugin with 5 stars, and in fact i did rate 5 stars mentioning the support. It is true that lately something wrong is going on with the support threads, but maybe they are preparing a new version or something, and that could be the problem. Even though if they are on holidays, or really bussy developing or anything like that, I agree they should put a notification or answer support threads with a message of that kind.
