reviews tab missing

    I have the WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro plugin installed and configured according to docs, but the reviews tab isn’t showing up on any of my product pages. Someone else developed the site and I’m taking over. They used Divi, which I’m not familiar with. Could it be something in Divi that’s preventing that review tab from showing?

    Howdy Fran,

    It is likely that Divi might be part of the issue. You can test the theory by temporarily disabling it to check. Be sure to make a backup of your site before you start testing, or setup a staging site on which to run tests.

    If you need further support for WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro, which is a premium extension, you’ll need to log into you WooCommerce.com account, click the Support tab and select the name of the extension from the “I need help with” dropdown menu.

    In light of the above, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
