Reviews without stars

    Hi, we just migrated to a new server and we are now receiving reviews without stars.

    It says: via CR (Local)

    What does this mean? Why would it change?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    It says: via CR (Local)

    That means the reviews are collected in the Private mode. However, reviews collected in Private mode should have star rating. Can you please share some screenshots of the issue?

    Also, you can follow the solution Reviews are Not Displayed on CusRev.com to collect new reviews in Live mode.
