Reviews won’t scroll back and forth and one is not visible

I am using the free version of the plugin. I added the code on the page and the (4) reviews will not scroll back and forth. Now one of the four reviews is not visible. I tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it, I then removed the container off the website and adding a new one and add the code again. I also set up an account and linked it to the website. I went to the “advanced” section on the plugin dashboard and checked all the recommended items. None of these actions helped.

The widget is not sliding because only 3 reviews are available in the widget and all of them can be displayed at once.
You probably set up the widget to show only positive reviews and hide the ones without any text. This way only 3 out of 10 reveiws are available.
If you want to show more ratings, please change the settings.
