ReviewX Not Scheduling or Sending Review Request Emails

  • Hello ReviewX Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with ReviewX where it is not scheduling or sending review request emails. After troubleshooting, I found that there are no cron events related to ReviewX in WP Crontrol. Here’s what I have checked so far:

    1. Email Settings: Review request emails are enabled in ReviewX settings.
    2. Order Status: Orders are marked as “Completed,” but emails are not triggered.
    3. WP Crontrol Check: No ReviewX cron jobs (e.g., reviewx_email_scheduler) are listed.
    4. WP-Cron Status: Verified that WP-Cron is enabled in wp-config.php.
    5. Plugin Conflict Test: Temporarily disabled caching, security, and email-related plugins, but the issue persists.
    6. Reinstalled ReviewX: Deactivated, deleted, and reinstalled the plugin, but no cron jobs were created.

    Since ReviewX does not seem to be scheduling cron jobs automatically, I need your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please provide guidance or a manual way to trigger the cron job?
