Revising and Updating Changes Error and Category Mapping

    Whenever I make a change to the profile and then go to update my items which are already listed on ebay, I get an error message and the changes are not made.

    I get the error and warning:
    Error: Buyers love large photos that clearly show the item, so please upload high-resolution photos that are at least 500 pixels on the longest side. (#21919137)

    It seems that this error prohibits the updated changes to be made.

    Also, is there an easy way to map all of my woocommerce product categories with ebay categories. One by one takes forever and I am not familiar with all of ebay’s categories and where they are. If there was a way to automate this and have the software pick a match for us, that would be great!

    Hi Ed,

    eBay recently changed their policy regarding images – they do require images to have at least 500px on the longest side. If your images don’t match that, I’m afraid you’ll need to upload images with a higher resolution to your WooCommerce products.

    Last year, you have probably seen the same message, but it only said “Warning” then – not it sais “Error”. A warning doesn’t prevent you from listing or updating an item – but an error does. This is nothing that has been changed in WP-Lister, it’s eBay who changed their requirements – after warning the users for quite some time…

    WooCommerce categories and eBay categories can be mapped at WP-Lister -> Settings -> Categories. Is this the page you’re referring to?
