• I just installed Revision Diet on my 2.8.4 site using PHP 5 and it immediately caused an error when I went to Edit Pages (of which I have nearly 100).

My control panel disappeared when I clicked on Edit Pages and I got a Not Permitted error. I had to disable Revision Diet to regain access to Edit Pages.

My problem is that WP automatically saves pages everytime I go in to Edit mode and over time I have lots of Pages that will not show up in the Edit Console anymore because there are simply too many Previous Revisions to call up to allow the current page to load for editing.

WP out-of-the-box should also include the Revision Limit option and instead of just a ‘Restore’ option when a list of Previous Versions is displayed there ought to be a DELETE option incuded to prune old versions.

Right now I have to do this manually in Php Admin and I have hundreds of excess entries.
