Revoke Award does not take away the points earned

    Under User Earnings, admin can click “Revoke Award” to cancel an achievement that user completed.

    It correctly removes the achievement from their completed list, and it also removes the award from the gamipress_earnings transaction history.

    However, the total balance of points is NOT deducted. It remains the same as before award was revoked.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hi @jackietaferner

    Yes, actually revoking awards manually doesn’t revokes the user points yet but we have plans on add it too

    Also, you can update the user points balance manually and assign any amount you want until this gets added
