    HI,

    I am trying to do a refund in woocommerce orders using the refund using revolute option. The order is paid and I can see it in my revolute account. I need to make a refund to the customer. When I select the items and click the refund button it says:

    Revolut: Incomplete order can’t be refunded.

    The order is complete so I can;t see why this error is showing?

    Can you advise please?

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:
    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    To refund you customer now:
    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Select the “Merchant” account from the menu at the bottom of your screen
    – Find and select the transaction you want to refund
    – Tap the refund button and specify the amount you wish to refund.
