Revolut: Incomplete order can’t be refunded

    HI,

    I am trying to do a refund in woocommerce orders using the refund using revolute option. The order is paid and I can see it in my revolute account. I need to make a refund to the customer. When I select the items and click the refund button it says:

    Revolut: Incomplete order can’t be refunded.

    The order is complete so I can;t see why this error is showing?

    Can you advise please?

    Hello Breda,

    To help us investigate the issue further, could you please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated, since we’re going to need information that should not be shared on a public forum.
    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:
    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    To refund you customer now:
    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Select the “Merchant” account from the menu at the bottom of your screen
    – Find and select the transaction you want to refund
    – Tap the refund button and specify the amount you wish to refund.
