    Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Revolut Pay integration on my website, which is using the Eduma theme, the latest version of the Revolut plugin, and WooCommerce.

The problem occurs when customers select the “Revolut Pay” payment option during checkout—immediately afterward, it displays a “404 Page” error instead of proceeding with the payment.

    Here are some relevant details:

    • Theme: Eduma (latest version)
    • WooCommerce latest version:
    • Revolut Plugin version: Latest version
    • Issue: Selecting Revolut Pay returns a 404 error instead of continuing to payment.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your support.

  • Hello @esinformatica

This seems to be an incompatibility with the SiteGround Optimizer Plugin. To resolve it, we advise to try the following:

    1. In the SiteGround Optimizer plugin settings, turn off the options for “Minify” and “Combine” JavaScript files.
    2. Alternatively, you can add our hosts?merchant.revolut.com?and?sandbox-merchant.revolut.com?to the exclusion list within the SiteGround Optimizer settings. Additionally, you need to exclude our JS files as well found in?/wp-content/plugins/revolut-gateway-for-woocommerce/client/?&??/wp-content/plugins/revolut-gateway-for-woocommerce/assets/

Additionally, the misalignment in your checkout page of our payment method option seems to be coming from the theme styling.

    Kind Regards,
    Matas from Revolut Business
