I find that when the Revolut plugin is active the website frontend and backend is painfully slow, but very quick when disabled.

Attached are query monitor results. The only plugins running are WooCommerce, Revolut and Query Monitor.

Loading cart and checkout pages is horribly slow for visitors. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to resolve it?

    Thanks.

  • Hi @simonclay

This situation is somewhat unusual, because it cannot be replicated in a standard woo-commerce environment.

We can dive deeper into this issue but we need to ask you for some sensitive data.
Could you reach out to our customer support through in-app chat, and ask them to escalate your request to merchants integration technical support?

I have the same situation, the checkout page with the connected Revolut plugin takes a long time to load, about 6 seconds, can you also tell me what I should do? When I turn off the payment system, the page opens instantly.
