revolution slider and other mods

I’m new to live composer, two quick questions but I know I’m probably doing something wrong. I’m having trouble with inserting content into the template modules, for example my revolution slider does not have a creation option in wp-admin like the gallery or projects do. Is there another way I can add images to the slider? Also are there other modules I can download like parralax images?
