reward email not sending

    Hello, I installed your pluggin and I wanted to test if everything works. I see points but when I reach enough for reward they just reset and the mail with the coupon that is supposed to be send to client just never came. The test email is sending just fine (except the mail layout isn’t applying so it just look ugly) but not the real one, so the client looses all its points and don’t get the coupon code. Anyone can help? (I have the free version)

    Hello,
    Could you go into WooRewards → Loyalty system and activate the advanced settings (up right you should see a button, must be in blue).
    Then go inside the reward.
    You should see an option called “Send Reward email”.
    Is it checked ?

    Thank you so much for your quick answer! Well, call me stupid but the advanced settings button doesn’t work… ?? I’m just clicking it but nothing happens not even a loader…

    No worry.
    The advanced settings only turns into blue when activated.
    In the free version, you will only see advanced settings inside the “earning points” methods or inside the reward.
    So, just try to have in blue, then edit the reward.
    If you can’t turn it in blue, you may have another error that prevent the javascript to run on your screen.
    Try to open the browser console and check if you have any error there.

    Yaaaay works fine, I received the email, thanks! Do you know why the mail layout doesn’t work though?

    Hello,

    Some mail providers don’t like outline styles.
    This will be fixed with the next release where we will replace it by inline styles (each line its style). It will be a bit heavier but will be understood by most of mail providers.
