• Hi,

I am testing out the new job board plugin by Ultimate Member that recently hit the market.

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jobboardwp/

It has a similar rewrite conflict as with WP Job Manager

Here is our previous thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/rewrite-conflict-wp-job-manager/

When you add your first job it allows you to upload a company logo and works fine, but for the next job you add or if you edit an existing job (the originally uploaded logo remains), it will then give the same error ‘Invalid image path’ when you go to preview the job.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Add a new job
    2. Upload company logo
    3. Post job
    4. Add a second new job
    5. Keep the original logo as is
    6. Go to preview job
    7. Receive ‘Invalid image path’ error

Help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

  • Gents I have the same issue, I store images off mysite. so when i upload an image to get a new listing and hit preview it says Inavlid Image path. I think this is because wp job manager does not recognise the link for the offsite storage of my site.

Can someone at wp job manager propose a function to add another URL so that the image url check feature can also recognise extra urls?

    Many Thanks

Hi @dave05 wrong thread. I am talking about a different plugin here (JobBoardWP) and only referenced a similar issue that I had experienced with WP Job Manager. Also, you are asking for help from the WP Job Manager team here and this is for WP Hide & Security Enhancer. It would be best for you to open a new thread in the WP Job Manager support forum.

    Hi @sleet1337
Thanks for your feedback, I was able to figure out the issue and created a compatibility file, this will be available in the next WP Hide release.

    Thanks

Hello, I tested the new update and now when uploading a company logo it throws a 404 error and displays a broken image.

I looked into it and it seems to be querying an incorrect file path:

    mysite.com/jobboardwp/temp/company_logo_9c483292dcaeb97f6ab849e4b2c257c18d87ec41.png

Instead of the correct uploads file path (not using rewrite names for sake of communicating the file path):

    mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/jobboardwp/temp/company_logo_9c483292dcaeb97f6ab849e4b2c257c18d87ec41.png

Assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards
