Rewrite of other files?

    This plugin seems to be causing a conflict with one of my other plugins. I tried removing the Custom Sidebar plugin but the problem has not resolved. Does the Custom Sidebar plugin rewrite any other files in the WordPress core or theme files? If so, which files and what would be the code?

    It seems that this is the case because the custom sidebar areas still exist in the widget area after the plugin is removed.
