rewrite of titles

I am having a problem with the titles of my pages. The titles are reverting back to the page titles. example on my about page it should read and shows in the backend
About Belleair Storage of Florida RV Boat Trailer Workshops how it show on the website tab is About Belleair Storage – Belleair Storage of Florida when I look at the source it shows that as well. Am I doing something wrong in the settings?
