rewrite titles plugin?

I have this problem also. I haven’t been able to get in touch with the author. any one else?

Where can I find this plugin? The main site doesn’t seem to work anymore.

I used https://elasticdog.com/2004/09/optimal-title/ and really had good luck with it. I tweaked it some even with that so it shows my post name, category first (If it isnt the home page) then just the site name on the main page.

By putting
<title><?php optimal_title(); ?><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></title> in the header

i was using rewrite-titles but i had a prob wid it…so now using optimal title–works just fine… the title (if its not the homepage) shows like this… postname>>blogname

Have you found that this plugin does actually make a difference in search engine results?
