I believe that if the login page doesn’t exist in your list of ‘pages’ you can re-create a page called login and then need to add the shortcode [theme-my-login].

e.g. as per https://www.jfarthing.com/development/theme-my-login/general/

First, check your trash. If you have to manually create them, you’ll also need to manually set the hidden action meta value (e.g. ‘_tml_action’ = ‘login’).
