  • Hello @devportobello

weForms is already GDPR compliant. What you can do is, just add a notice below the form mentioning you collect those informations. And yes, users can request to delete their stored data including the IP address.

    Hi,

Sorry, i don’t see any options to disable the IP tracking nor disable to store any data in DB

    Hello @devportobello,

Not disabling but you can erase a user’s personal data after getting a request from the user. This is how the GDPR works actually.

Navigate to wp-admin->Tools->Erase Personal Data and enter the username or email to erase his/her data. After sending the erase request, the user will get an email with the details. If he/she confirms erasing, then the data of him/her will be deleted from the site/db.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thx for this guide,

However, if i dont want to track IP, i don’t need to setup all what you said, so, giving ability to disable tracking IP could be easiest

    Thx
