Rich Editor not getting enabled

Hi i’m having a problem with the rich editor it was enabled and had something like three lines of tools. but after i published my first post it’s reduced to a single line and i can’t copy and paste rich content into it such as formatted text from Microsoft word into it which i was able to do before. i tried going into my profile and disabling and again enabling the rich editor default but it doesn’t seem to work
