I get this message: NGFB Warning :

Media Library image id 406 rejected – full size image (403×403) is too small for ngfb-richpin (800×800). Upload a larger / different image or adjust the “Rich Pin Image Dimensions” option.

    This is on page buckdynasty.biz/businessbriefing/

The image size is too large at 800×800. I need 200×200 instead. How do I set the Rich Pin Image Dimensions and what are the ramifications of doing so?

Please type slowly, I’m a rookie.

You can find those options under the NGFB -> General -> Pinterest Rich Pins tab.

I’ve set 200×200 in “Open Graph Image Dimensions” option but NGFB still displays message “Media Library image id 19192 rejected – full size image (544×264) is too small for ngfb-richpin (800×800). Upload a larger / different image or adjust the “Rich Pin Image Dimensions” option.”

The Open Graph and the Rich Pin Image Dimensions are two different options. Since you can’t change the Rich Pin Image Dimensions in the Free version, I’ve added some code in the latest release (v7.8.2) so the Rich Pin Image Dimensions value is inherited from the Open Graph Image Dimensions value. Once you update, that error should go away. ??

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

please what do you mean by ‘Pinterest Company Page URL’?

The help popup for that option says:

“If you have a Pinterest Business Page https://business.pinterest.com/en for your website / business, you may enter its URL here. The Publisher Business Page URL will be used in the schema publisher (Organization) social JSON. Google Search may use this information to display additional publisher / business details in its search results.”
