Rich pins looking weird

When I pin a recipe to Pinterest the output is looking weird.
Like ‘gram’ is showing as ‘g Ram’.
And I did not wrote ‘Eetlepel’ with a capital ‘E’ but is showing on Pinterest.
Can I adjust this myself?
