Rich snippet is not showing up in google

They are working very well on our demo website (as you can check) as well as on so many websites that are using this plugin.
I have checked the link you gave us, I’ll further investigate this and make sure that our code will be validated in the next update.

Still, the plugin is working, I have tested on a new built website, on our demo website as well as on your website -> see here

Can you tell us more about the other problems you are refering to?

Than why I don’t see any rich snippets i google searcher :/ ? ( I checked 2 different site maps and still nothing ).

Next one is not resposive, it has best freatures in the market but it’s not responsive ( I bought pro version coz I thought resposive will work but it’s just not implemented ).

Last one is not showing up freatures images automaticly on pro version :(.

Looks like it’s working to me.

About responsiveness, the plugin has slight issues on mobile indeed, but there’s a pretty big difference between how it resizes on our demo page compared to your website, I’m not exactly sure what is the issue there.
Can you try with a different theme and see if there are any changes?

Lastly, featured images. Please contact us on the forums on themeisle.com, we are not allowed to offer support for PRO products here and preloading featured image is not available in Lite version.

I’ve been using the plugin for few months, however the rich snippets do not appear at all..

Also checked here and getting errors, but the main thing is that the rich snippets do not appear in the serps.

Thank you for reporting this, it seems that there it doesn’t work in all cases. I’ve tested many of our clients websites and it seems there are a couple for whom rich snippets do not appear in search engines.

We are still looking into it, hopefully we can identify and fix the issues as soon as possible.

Thank you for your reply. If you will be able to find the solution – that would be great. I think i did set it up correctly so not sure what is the reason.

Btw, on the free version – can you change the rating to appear on top of the page?

Yes, you get to choose between top and bottom, it’s on the settings page of the plugin.

Is it supposed to be available in free version?

For me, i can’t changed anything on the settings – it’s like the save changes button has no effect. Every time it goes back to the same settings…

It should. I believe there might be an issue, can you try disabling all other plugins and see if the error persists?

If so, what happens when you change the theme?
If it still doesn’t work, then it must be something with our plugin ??

Tried both. Still the same. As if the Save button doesn’t work.

Can you try to reinstall the plugin? I’ve never experienced this before.
It would seem like it’s not saving into the DB, but I am not quite sure.

Can you tell us what mysql, php and WP version are you using?

No, it should keep all ratings. Create a backup just to be sure.

Use Duplicator or WP Clone for free and simple backups.
