    The products of woocommerce have product description and product short description sections, Yoast SEO uses the product short description as the description of Rich Snippets, what should I do if I want to use the product description as the description of Rich Snippets？

    Because my short product descriptions are usually very short, or sometimes I don’t fill out the short product description

    Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. By default, our plugin uses the product short description as the product schema description because it assumes that the short description provides concise and relevant information about the product. In many cases, the short description serves as a brief summary or overview of the product’s key features, which can be useful for both users and search engines.

    However, if you want to customize the schema output of the plugin such that the long product description is used, you can do so. We have a Schema API to allow developers to customize the Schema output of each of our plugins. Please refer to our Schema API documentation
