Rich Snippets does NOT work

    Hi,

    I tried quite long time, but the rich snippets does NOT work at all, the google structured data testing tool can not find any reviews on my page although the reviews are showing on the page by shortcode.

    Also, please note that Rich Snippets are NOT enabled by default. You must enable them by using the schema=true option in the shortcode. Please make sure you read the shortcode documentation to learn about all the available options and what they do. You can find this at: “Site Reviews > Get Help > Documentation > Shortcodes”

    For example:

    [site_reviews schema=true]
    OR
    [site_reviews_summary schema=true]

    You may also use the Site Reviews dropdown button above the page editor in WordPress to interactively add a shortcode along with the available options.
