Rich snippets not displayed

I’m having the same problem as others. For months, my reviews included star ratings that showed up in google results. They no longer appear and traffic has dropped as a result. Is there something I need to change or is this a feature no longer provided by the plugin?

yop i have the same problem and contributor and admin tells all is fine but i think it is problem of the plugin

i asked some ather site owners they only update to 2.6.7 and all is working perfekt

but for me not

and like i see some ather users also not

In my case the problems occur at every review post.
Google does not show any star rating anymore.

Examples of posts with this problem are:

When I search for my focus search word in Google and my reviews are shown, they are shown without the star-rating.. which causes a loss in traffic.

If we check your pages with google validator:

https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/

You will see that the review has a valid snippet.

Having a valid snippet will not make google index your websites with the rating. They may choose to not include the ratings in their search results.

The reason why they do it is not our problem, you will need to check with them.

Thanks for your response.
I think it’s strange that Google suddenly doesn’t show the snippets anymore. In the past all my review posts showed the snippet in Google, which looks attractive and causes higher CTR.

I will contact Google tomorrow and hope that they can give provide me (and other users of Product Review) with a good answer.

No answer for now, but I hope they will respond…

I asked a friend of mine about this. He is a SEO specialist and Online Marketeer and he stated that Google is showing less and less rich snippets like these for just product reviews. Only when you have a high authority in Google the star rating might be shown. Also company reviews are preferred over product reviews…

When I hear more from Google I will let you know ??

i will do a new website with wp product review but if then google want to index i think its a plugin error

bevore the update of plugin all works then there were a bug and after fixing google want index

so i will try with new page every i see websites with star rating and using your plugin

but for me a paid member i have no star rating

However, regarding your issue, the problem is not coming from our plugin. First you must grow up with your website and then maybe the Google will index your review stars.
