Rich snippets problem, Indexed post appears as Website name-post name

  • I would like to know how to interchange the post name and website name which appears in Google. Website name appears first and post name appears behind website name. How can I bring my post to be indexed in the form like post name – website name. For e.g BloggingLove – What Is Alexa And Alexa Ranking?
    I want to let it appear like
