Rich text editor is not appearing

    I like this plugin very much. It serves purpose well! However,I have been confronted with a small issue. Rich text editor is not showing up for both group text fileds and pages in my site.( I did enable Rich text editor for pages & fields in General options page in the back end) I am using Wp version 3.4.3 with BP.version 1.6.2.
    What could be the problem? is there any solution available?
