Rich Text & File Type Fields

I am using the Development Version of the plugin and am having a couple of issues. I am having issues with the Rich Text type field and the File type field.

Rich Text:

After uploading the dev version, I can now switch to the text tab of the editor but I cannot switch back to the visual editor. The visual editor is blank with no editing buttons visible.

File:

I cannot remove a file or select a new one. I can view an existing file and edit it. If I click on remove or select, it just refreshes the page because the link is at #. It doesn’t seem to be working the the uf-remove-file function.
