    Hello,

We are doing well with the building of our online community, thank you for this very good looking plugin !

I’m experiencing problem with the profile page of the users. After adding text and images in the biographical info field, I expect to see the text layout made with TinyMCE (I also installed its Advanced plugin) saved, but : The page created will keep its good looking with the desired layout and text attributes (line breaks, font weight & size, also very few inserted images), but unfortunately not long: After a few hours (I can’t say precisely), the formatting is completely lost and replaced with a “one line” text.

The Profile page is the most important part of the website for the foundation, please help !

Thank you very much in advance.

    Olivier

    Hello @olivesc,

Thank you for writing to us.

Could you please confirm if you have updated the user data from the WordPress dashboard after saving the formatted bio detail from the profile page, as the WordPress default bio field has the text area field, the formatted bio details will be wipe out.

If this is not the scenario, Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.

If the issue is still occurring, we will require access details for your site to get a better analysis and help deliver you a quick solution. Please reach out to us through our support page on our site and we can help you in order to allow us to assist you further.

    Hello there,

Thank you for your support. I was experiencing a conflict with another plugin, for translating my website in three languages, which is Polylang. By deactivating Polylang, everything is coming back to normal in ProfileGrid.

Still I’m working on ProfileGrid to be correctly integrated into a multilingual website, with ProfileGrid working in english language from his side. The integration is in process, I might let the community know when I’ll succeed. Multisite option looks also like a good solution, then ProfileGrid could be separately translated in each language for a better experience on the website.

Thank you again for your active support!

    Olivier
