Ridiculous intrusion of unrequested plugins

  • This plugin is ‘OK’… it constantly sends you emails about renewing the feed. Plus when you install it is you have to deselect MANY plugins you don’t need that they just want you to install, when you deselect these it then goes and installs another long list of plugins you have not requested to install. ridiculous and waste of time deleting masses of plugins you simply did not ask for!

    Thank you for leaving a review! We appreciate your feedback and I wanted to ensure the onboarding did not install anything that was not selected. In testing when deselecting the plugins you did not wish to install, they were not installed as expected. I will talk to the team about how we could make the onboarding process less frustrating in situations like these, as the intention is to suggest other plugins for our users with the purpose to help them succeed. You mention plugins still being installed, are you able to let me know which specific ones were incorrectly installed?

    On installing I deselected lots of 3rd party plugins that I did not wish to use, then upon installing it installed other Smash Ballon plugins id not even been asked if I wanted.
