I’m using the Rife Free Theme 2.4.18 and the Royal Elementor Plugin to make a custom product template. The issue I’m having is that the background color of the new product template is always a charcoal grey instead of white. I’ve tried changing every background option in the Rife customizer to try and fix this to no avail.

I believe this to be a Rife Free theme issue/setting. I tried switching to the ‘Hello’ theme and the background is white for the new product template. I also tried creating a fresh WP install with fresh Rife Free, WooCommerce, Royal Elementor, and the background was still grey. Is there a setting I can change to make the background white on the product template for Royal Elementor?

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi,

As mentioned in my initial post, I did try creating a fresh WP install with fresh Rife Free, WooCommerce, Royal Elementor, and the background was still grey. Is there a setting I can change to make the background white on the product template for Royal Elementor?

I posted the same topic in the Rife Free support forum here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/rife-free-and-royal-elementor-product-template/#post-17275219

It looks like the theme background color defaults to that grey. Is there any way I can override the template background color in a setting of Royal Elementor? Does this require custom CSS to override? Thanks.

    Dear @elementsociety,

Thank you for your prompt response.

We appreciate your acknowledgment that custom CSS can effectively achieve the desired result. While it’s a viable solution, we understand the importance of stability. Considering this, we recommend utilizing the plugin settings for a more robust and lasting customization. This approach ensures that your changes persist, even through updates, minimizing the risk of any inadvertent loss.

To summarize, here are the two recommended approaches:

    1. Please share the direct link to the page where the issue appears and we will send you a custom CSS snippet.

    2. Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

P.S. Please don’t forget to mention the support URL from www.ads-software.com

    Kind regards
