• I’ve learned my first valuable lesson about ‘free plugins!’ We’ve paid for hundreds and hundreds of dollars in WP plugin subscriptions. We usually purchase a plugin after testing it. However, sometimes I’m too swamped with work, so I might forget what plugins we’ve purchased. The Page scroll to id plugin is one ‘free plugin’ that worked, then started causing problems. I’ve noticed that many ‘free plugins’ claims you can use the free version ‘endlessly.’ However, we have seen more cases of a plugin that works then stops working, causing a debugging headache. The Page scroll to id plugin is now obviously one of those plugins that caused a debugging headache and a loss of precious time.

    Hello,

If you have an issue with the plugin, please let me know so I can help resolve it. I provide better and faster support than most paid plugin subscriptions… for free.

The plugin has over 100,000 active installations and 5 star rating. I provide excellent support and 99% of all issues get resolved superfast (see the plugin’s support forum and read the other reviews).

Please keep in mind that a plugin cannot stop working suddenly by itself. There might be a conflict with a theme update or another plugin/script. These are usually resolved very quickly after a support request.
