Right-Hand Column Pushed Down In Browser

All of my wordpress themes push the right-hand column down to the bottom of the page. This problem happened when I was not using WordPress – in other words I did not cause it. I have upgraded to latest version with no success. I have changed themese and edited CSS with no success. Please see https://www.bucklawrimore.com and advise me how to fix this.
