right hand links not working

  • Hi, I have a blog on my client’s site, but the right hand links aren’t working. For example: if I click on a “recent post” I get a “404 Not Found error.”

    If I click on admin it takes me to “https://www.mysite.com/wordpressauthor/admin/”

    All my WordPress files are in a folder named “wordpress”.

    Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, and how to fix this?

    I re-uploaded the files for WordPress 3.0.1 and removed the permalink, and now everything works.
