Not sure where to put this post, so if it needs moving, please do so ??

I have got a fresh install of a blog on my works Intranet. I have been asked to create a website for students to access help documents from a website and I would like to use wordpress so the staff can do the modifications themselves.

Here is a site i quickly knocked up so you can see what I would like. https://www.pureprwnage.co.uk/site

I can do the theming easily as ive made a few sites now using wordpress, so not asking for that lol. But if you look on the right hand side of the pages, the links change on every page, this is where the help documents are linked. Is there anyway to do this in wordpress? Ive looked around but cant see any thing that does what I would like it to do, so any help would be appreciated ??

Edit: Forgot to add this, I would like the staff to be able to modify these links in the right sidebar too through the admin pages if at all possible?
