Right Sidebar Aligning Below Main Content

I’m having issues with the right content sidebar falling below the main content area on the home page. I’ve tried disabling plugins/widgets and removing custom css but it doesn’t seem to give me clues on why this is happening.

I also tried floating the site content left and that worked for the sidebar to move up but of course messed up the responsive design.

I am experienced with css but new at wordpress and responsive design so any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
